First You Make a Roux Spoon Rest

Hand sketched, water color depictions of all of Louisiana's favorite ingredients decorate this ceramic spoon rest.  Oysters, crawfish, peppers, garlic, rice, onions, tomatoes, hot sauce, okra, shrimp, crab, and garlic are bordered with the classic Cajun cooking phrase, "First, you make a roux."
